Taoglas, Glasnevin

GCA architects were employed to remodel the Taoglas offices in Dublin as a flagship office for their worldwide office brand.

The office needed to incorporate branding and merge all of the company’s divisions into similar spaces. Their CEO wanted to make it the best possible workplace for their team members and ensure that they are comfortable and they can do their job quietly and calmly with the support of their team managers.  The offices were separated into separate areas in the DCU Alpha Complex but needed a cohesive Design throughout.

As natural light sources were limited within the existing building, the open plan offices were located as close to these sources as possible while cellular offices and meeting rooms were located around the perimeter and were constructed with large glazed partitions and hidden light sources to give a bright and airy feel to all spaces.
