Primary Care Centre, Clonakilty

Lyonshall Limited master planned the redevelopment of the former GAA Grounds in the Town Centre in Clonakilty, West Cork, which includes the Primary Care Centre, a Distillery, Visitor Centre, Supermarket and apartments. 

The Primary Care Centre which consists of almost 2250 sqm over 3 storeys is anchored by the Health Service Executive (HSE). High quality materials of stone cladding, curtain walling façade were used externally. The fit out of this healthcare centre included the GP Suites, dental surgery rooms, physiotherapy rooms, occupational therapy rooms, offices, retail units and ancillary nursing services. The building achieved an A2 rating with natural ventilation and energy efficient design.
