This contemporary dwelling is situated on a secluded site on top of Compass Hill. The 2 storey dwelling house was designed to maximise the sea views of Kinsale Harbour. Extensive outdoor living spaces are designed into the plan.

The form of the house has been organised to allow sunlight into all living areas whilst enjoying the views of the challenging north facing site.

A simple palette of materials: stone, render, slate and zinc blend the house into the Irish vernacular context.
