Jones Engineering, Cork

Geraldine Coughlan Architects were engaged to redesign Jones Engineering’s existing offices in Little Island, Cork. All works were completed whilst the adjacent existing offices remained operational. The Client planned a reorganisation of their campus and the workplace design strategy needed to position their departments in a more collaborative environment. 

The design broke down visual barriers within the existing workspace and created new open plan offices and informal and formal meeting areas. It employs a refined neutral palette with feature timber walls, full glass conference rooms and gives a  vibe that is sophisticated industrial, raw but refined and energetic.
