Randall house was a total refurbishment. The original house was a red-brick 2,200 sqft house that was built in the 1980’s.

A full retro fit involving new electrics, heating, plumbing, insulation and windows pulled this house to a B1 energy standard.

Simple internal changes created a more efficient and open plan space. Remodeling the exterior and adding classically designed extensions changed the external look.

The interior design was done by the clients to a very high standard.
