Grange, Co. Cork

This scheme consists of 251 residential units at Cooneys Lane, Grange, Co Cork. The site was zoned medium density and the development is split into 176 dwelling house and 75 apartments. This scheme achieved planning under a SHD An Bord Pleanala application. Existing stone farm buildings were incorporated into the scheme along with existing mature trees. A wide mix of units were designed with open spaces integrated between the housing clusters. The variety of units range from 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, duplexes, mews houses, town houses, terraced housing and 3, 4 and 5 bedroom semi-detached and detached houses.
